Spring Couplets

This morning, there was a flea market in Yu-Wun school.

今天早上，是裕文國小一年一度的跳蚤市場

And all the English teachers prepared this stand.

我們英語教師群準備了一個攤子

We planed to have kids practice how to make their own spring couplets.

我們計畫讓孩子體驗用毛筆書寫英語春聯

First, we drew some examples.

首先，我們自己創作了一些範本

And prepare our sign board for the stand.

並且準備我們的攤子招牌

Then, it was the show time!

然後，開張的時間到啦!

Most kids enjoy drawing

大部分的孩子都很享受繪畫創作

Older students tried to combine their calligraphy skill into English writing

大一點的學生更是結合平時學習的書法技巧和英語書寫

And they have done some brilliant artworks.

大孩子們真的創作了好幾幅『曠世傑作』

Although, we did not earn a fortune.

雖然我們這一攤沒有賺很多錢

But it's the joy of learning that counts.

但是學習的喜悅才是最重要的收穫押~~
