Roll and Say

I designed the activity for helping kids review vocabulary we learn before.

According to the phonics rule we have learned,

I divided the vocabulary into three categories.

Miss Shiu將要複習的單字分成三大類型

Starter is used to review CVC pattern words.

基礎版，用來複習CVC(子音-母音-子音)組合的單字

Mover is meant for magic E rule.

進階版，則用來複習字尾E規則的單字

Flyer includes some tricky vowels pattern.

高級版，包含了複雜的雙母音和母音變形音的單字

Kids were separated into 6 groups. (4-5 kids in one group)

全班分成六組(每組4-5人)

Every group would get one dice-worksheet and 6 piles of word-cards.

每一組會先拿到一張學習單和6堆單字卡

In a group, kids would take turns to roll the dice and name the cards.

每一組的組員輪流丟骰子，念出擲出點數的一個單字卡

The one who could say the word correctly got the card.

發音正確就可以將單字卡收起來

If you said the word incorrectly, return the card in the pile.

如果念錯了，要將單字卡放回單字卡堆中

The kids who got cards mostly was the winner.

最後得到最多張單字卡的學生為贏家

The kids had a great fight!!

孩子競爭地相當激烈!!
